No sooner are we back from London and we’re preparing for another visit. This time we’ll be south of the river to manage the ‘Winning the battle for word-of-mouth communications’ conference on Friday 1 December.
The event takes place at the Dental Institute – open wide - and features some of the most influential names in PR, advertising and marketing who will be asking ‘Who owns w-o-m as a communications discipline?’ and presenting case studies of successful viral and buzz campaigns.
I remember a year ago scratching my head and failing to grasp the significance of a small scale event on something called social media we were managing for a far flung north east university. As you can see from the post below, the rest is history and I have a feeling that word-of-mouth may well be another essential tool we’ll all need to consider adding to our communications mix.
The conference is the brainchild of Andy Green of GREEN Communications and you can find out more by downloading the event PDF from our website by clicking here.
Judging by the very cool Borkowski Movey on YouTube we may well all be doing a conga at the end of this event!
